Omooba Adekunle Adeyemo, with his extensive background in tourism economics and cultural advocacy, has recently been appointed as the Technical Assistant to the President of the Afro-Caribbean Chamber of Culture & Tourism (ACCCT), Hon. Quadri-Adu Shakir Kehinde. This appointment, effective from August 9, 2024, marks a significant milestone for the ACCCT as they continue their mission to promote the rich cultural heritage of Africa and the Caribbean.

With over 30 years of experience in bridging African traditions with the diaspora, Adekunle Adeyemo brings unparalleled expertise to this role. His involvement in major cultural and tourism, initiatives ,spanning festivals,heritage,fashion,archaeology,mountaneering,pageants,cuisines,etc where he provided critical technical support, highlights his commitment to showcasing African art, culture, and fashion on a global scale.

As the Technical Assistant to the ACCCT President, Adeyemo will play a pivotal role in advancing the organization’s goals of raising awareness and fostering appreciation for African and Caribbean cultures. His deep understanding of cultural tourism, combined with his strategic insights, will be instrumental in driving initiatives that enhance cultural exchange, pluralism, and diversity.
